Now we have fully moved into our new premises on Cradock Road in Luton, we’ve fitted out our inspection room allowing us to maintain the strict quality control required by our diverse range of customers – and it is looking fantastic, even if we do say so ourselves!

Within these four walls, our staff carry out ‘First Off’, ‘In Process’ and ‘Last Off’ inspections throughout each batch; with a visual inspection also completed prior to dispatch. We utilise the very latest CNC Coordinate Measuring (CMM) technology as well as Non-Contact Optical & Video Measuring Systems. These processes ensure a quality product to our customers exact specification throughout each batch, no matter the quantity.
