We have an excellent opportunity to join our team of quality individuals.

We are looking for a highly skilled Sliding or Fixed head programmer/setter experienced in using Citizen Miyano machinery.

You would be required to program, set & operate complex turn/mill components from 1mm diameter up to 51mm diameter in varied materials, from start to finish whilst utilizing the most advanced multi axis twin spindle lathes .

You will be required to have a full understanding of efficient manufacturing methods, correct tooling selection, cycle time optimisation, lights out production and be able to inspect components in full using our advanced quality equipment. (Training given where required).

Time management is important as our lead times offer quick turnaround.

We’ve recently relocated the business to a fully refurbished 15,000 square foot facility creating an excellent manufacturing environment to work in.

 

Working hours

08:00-4:30pm Mon-Fri

Overtime available throughout the week & weekends
